The care for the products quality has always been a distinguishing feature of ISB which guarantees the highest quality and safety standards. In addition, all the preventive and protective measures, in regards to health and safety in the workplace, are strictly taken by ISB. All the production machineries respect the laws related to the food safety.
Moreover, the governmental bodies in charge for control, continuously check our products. ISB uses an Integrated Managing System conform to the BRCGS and IFS norms. All the steps of production are HACCP certified. A HACCP handbook, developed by the international associations of the natural casing, (ENSCA, INSCA), to which all the members of the Natural Gut Protection Consortium refer, has been approved by the European sanitary authorities.
